By purchasing at wholesale pricing, you acknowledge and agree to the following Wholesale Terms & Conditions. Wholesale pricing is intended for products purchased for resale through your business and is not intended for personal-use purchases.

• Minimum Order: A minimum of 3 wholesale items is required per order. Eligible wholesale items may be mixed and matched across product categories. • Pricing: Wholesale pricing varies by product. Retail prices shown on Comfort Co. are not wholesale prices. Approved wholesale customers receive the applicable wholesale pricing when logged into their account.

 • Resale Pricing: Comfort Co. branded products may be subject to minimum advertised/retail pricing requirements when specified.

 • Turnaround Time: Turnaround times vary by product and begin after the applicable order window closes or the order is submitted to production. Estimated turnaround times do not include shipping time.

 • Shipping: Shipping charges are the responsibility of the wholesale customer unless otherwise stated.

• Final Sale: Wholesale orders are final sale. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted unless Comfort Co. made an error or an item arrives defective. Any issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

 • Account Access: Wholesale pricing is for approved wholesale customers only and may not be shared or used for personal purchases. Comfort Co. reserves the right to revoke wholesale access. By submitting your application and placing wholesale orders, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
