ORDER TURNAROUND + PREORDERS

Most items offered through Comfort Co. are preorder items, which means they are ordered from our vendor after the ordering period closes.

Weekly Order Submission

Orders are submitted to our vendor once weekly on Fridays at 6 PM EST.

Orders placed after Friday at 6 PM EST will be included in the following Friday’s vendor order submission.

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is up to 5 weeks to Comfort Co., unless a different timeframe is listed in the product description.

Turnaround time begins on the first business day following the Friday your order is submitted to our vendor — Monday.

For example, if you place an order after the Friday 6 PM EST cutoff, your order will be submitted to our vendor the following Friday, and your TAT will begin the following Monday.

TAT refers to the estimated time for your order to arrive to Comfort Co. Once your items arrive, they will be checked, sorted, packed, and prepared for shipping or pickup.

Please keep in mind:

• Estimated arrival dates may change due to production, shipping, customs, or other delays outside of our control.
• Orders containing preorder items + in-stock items will ship together once all items have arrived.
• Shipping time to you is not included in the stated turnaround time.
• Any item with a different TAT will have that information listed directly in the product description.
