COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

All original artwork, seamless patterns, graphics, product designs, photographs, mockups, written content, branding, and other creative materials displayed by Comfort Co. LLC are owned by or properly licensed to Comfort Co. LLC and are protected by applicable United States copyright and intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Use

Unless you have received prior written permission from Comfort Co. LLC, you may not:

Copy, download, trace, redraw, recreate, reproduce, or closely imitate our protected artwork.
Alter our artwork or use any portion of it to create a new or derivative design.
Send our designs, product photographs, or mockups to another manufacturer, printer, wholesaler, artist, or supplier for reproduction.
Print our artwork on clothing, fabric, transfers, accessories, digital products, or any other merchandise.
Resell, share, distribute, upload, or offer our artwork as a digital file, seamless pattern, PNG, SVG, or similar format.
Use our photographs, mockups, written content, branding, or designs to advertise products that were not purchased from Comfort Co.
Remove, cover, replace, or misrepresent Comfort Co. branding or product tags in a way that suggests another business created or manufactured the product.
Use our artwork to train, prompt, or create substantially similar content with artificial-intelligence tools.

Changing colors, rearranging elements, adding wording, removing details, flipping an image, or making other minor alterations does not automatically make copied artwork original or permissible.

Wholesale Customers

Purchasing wholesale merchandise from Comfort Co. LLC gives you the right to resell the authentic physical products you purchased. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork or grant permission to reproduce, manufacture, modify, distribute, or license the designs.

Approved Comfort Co. product photographs and mockups may be used by wholesale customers solely to advertise authentic Comfort Co. products purchased for resale. They may not be used to promote copies, reproductions, or merchandise obtained from another supplier.

Enforcement

Comfort Co. LLC actively protects its original work. Suspected infringement may result in removal requests, marketplace or social-media takedown notices, cease-and-desist demands, termination of wholesale access, and further legal action when appropriate.

We reserve all rights and remedies available under applicable law.

If you believe Comfort Co. artwork, photographs, or other protected materials are being used without permission, please contact us through our website and include:

The name or link of the person or business involved
Screenshots of the suspected infringement
Links to the listing, post, website, or product
Any other relevant information Thank you for respecting the time, creativity, and investment behind Comfort Co.’s original work.
